Sheffield (S9) £13.20 per hour Full-time (38 hours per week)

We are currently recruiting for a Machine Operator to join a well-established, family-run steel company based in Sheffield (S9). This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a reputable organisation known for its strong team culture and long-standing presence in the industry.

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating machinery within a busy steel production environment. The role involves working with revolving belt systems, so you must be comfortable working around moving equipment and adhering to all safety procedures.

• Operating and monitoring machinery safely and efficiently
• Working with and around revolving belt systems
• Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
• Supporting general production activities as required
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area

• Previous machine operating experience is desirable
• Flexible and adaptable approach to work
• Comfortable working with moving machinery, including revolving belts
• Strong awareness of health and safety practices
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

• Monday to Thursday: 07:00am - 3:45pm (30-minute unpaid lunch)
• Friday: 07:00am - 12:00pm
• Total: 38 hours per week
