School Administrator
Location: Solihull Full-Time

PK Education are recruiting for an organised, proactive, and friendly School Administrator to join a busy primary school team from September 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment and play a key role in the smooth running of school operations.

The Role:

• Providing day-to-day administrative support across the school office
• Managing correspondence, phone calls, and emails efficiently
• Maintaining pupil records, admissions, and attendance data
• Supporting the school leadership team with administrative tasks
• Assisting with scheduling meetings, events, and communications
• Ensuring office systems are well-organised and compliant with school policies

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have previous experience in an administrative or office role, preferably within a school setting
• Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Have strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and school management systems
• Be a confident communicator with staff, parents, and external agencies
• Be proactive, flexible, and able to prioritise tasks effectively
