We're recruiting for a proactive and organised individual to join a busy team in Mansfield. This is a temporary role for an initial 3-month period, with the possibility of a permanent opportunity for the right person.

The Role:

• Calling customers to arrange and book appointments

• Managing diaries and scheduling appointments efficiently

• Updating internal systems with accurate information

• Providing excellent customer service over the phone

What We're Looking For:

• Confident and professional telephone manner

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Previous customer service, appointment setting, call centre or administration experience preferred

• Available to start immediately
