Description

Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management.

Ensure all employee cases are managed in line with company policies and employment legislation.

Support managers in conducting investigations and preparing necessary documentation for employee cases.

Collaborate with the wider Human Resources team to ensure consistency in ER practices and procedures.

Deliver training and coaching to managers on employee relations topics.

Maintain accurate records of all ER cases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.

Identify trends in employee relations issues and provide recommendations for improvement to senior management.

Assist with HR projects and initiatives that align with the organisation's goals.Profile

A successful ER Advisor should have:

Previous experience in managing employee relations cases within the retail industry or a similar fast-paced environment.

Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with employees and managers.

A proven ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

A CIPD qualification or similar HR certification would be advantageous.

Ability to commute to Liverpool.Job Offer
