We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Welfare Cleaner to work on a busy construction site in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within all welfare facilities, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for site personnel.

• Cleaning site welfare facilities, including toilets, changing rooms, drying rooms, canteens, offices, and meeting rooms.
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitising all welfare areas.
• Replenishing consumables such as toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, and cleaning supplies.
• Emptying bins and removing waste in accordance with site procedures.
• Conducting regular checks throughout the day to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Reporting any maintenance issues, damages, or supply shortages to site management.
• Following all site health and safety regulations and company procedures.
• Ensuring welfare facilities are clean, tidy, and ready for daily use by site operatives.

• Previous cleaning experience, preferably within construction or commercial environments.
• Good understanding of cleaning methods and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude.
• CSCS Card Required
• Right to work in the UK.
