Hours: 15-25 hours per week (flexible)

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Welfare Operative to join our team in Cambridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining welfare facilities to a high standard, ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for staff and visitors.

• Cleaning and maintaining welfare units, offices, kitchens, and toilets.
• Restocking consumables such as soap, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies.
• Ensuring welfare areas are clean, hygienic, and presentable at all times.
• Carrying out basic health and safety checks.
• Reporting maintenance issues and hazards.
• Following company health and safety procedures.
• Supporting site teams with general welfare-related duties.

• Previous cleaning, facilities, or welfare experience preferred.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude.
• CSCS card required
• Knowledge of health and safety practices is an advantage
