EYFS Teacher - Nursery/Reception (Full Time)

Salary: MPS 1-6

Tradewind Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a passionate and nurturing EYFS Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Stockport from September 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a well-established Early Years setting across Nursery and Reception, making it an ideal role for both experienced teachers and ECTs looking to begin their teaching career in a supportive environment.

The school offers a well-resourced provision with a strong emphasis on play-based learning, outdoor provision, and early language development. About the Role:

Deliver high-quality teaching across Nursery and Reception in line with the EYFS framework
Create a nurturing, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
Plan and deliver creative, play-based activities that support early development
Support children's communication, language, and social skills
Monitor, assess, and record pupil progress effectively
Build positive relationships with parents, carers, and the wider school community
Work collaboratively with the Early Years team and contribute to school life

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Have a strong understanding of the EYFS framework (or be eager to develop this as an ECT)
Be passionate about early years education and child-centred learning
Demonstrate strong communication and classroom management skills
Be patient, caring, and committed to supporting individual needs
Work well as part of a team and contribute positively to the school environment
