Smile Education is working in partnership with a thriving secondary school in the Brierley Hill area, seeking enthusiastic and confident Cover Supervisors to support students across Key Stages 3 and 4. Whether you're looking for flexible work to fit around other commitments or a full-time position within a school environment, we have opportunities available to suit you.

This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, experienced Cover Supervisors, youth workers, sports coaches, or anyone with experience working with young people.

The Role

Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher

Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain a positive learning environment

Support students in completing set work

Build positive relationships with students and staff

Gain valuable experience across a range of subject areasThe Ideal Candidate

Confident leading groups of young people

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Adaptable, professional and reliable

Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable
