A welcoming and supportive school in Cheltenham is currently looking for a Teaching Assistant to join their team in either Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2. • 90- 105 (Depending on Experience)

• Full- Time 8:30- 3:30
• Enhanced DBS (Or willingness to apply for one)
• Term- Time only

Key Responsibilities as a Teaching Assistant:

• Collaborate with specialist teachers to deliver engaging lessons.
• Provide tailored support to children with additional needs, helping them achieve their full potential.
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages development.
• Support children of various abilities, providing focused assistance in both small groups and on an individual basis.
• Effective classroom behaviour managment strategies
