Warehouse Operative (Assembly) - Temporary Contract starts from the end of June 2026
We are currently seeking Warehouse Operatives to join our team of agency workers assembling wheel-based metal cages at our busy warehouse facility for our client based in Widnes, WA8 0PB

Role Overview
As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for the assembly of metal cages using basic tools, ensuring all products are built to the required standard and safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
Assembling wheel-based metal cages
Using basic hand tools safely and effectively
Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
Following health & safety procedures at all times
Meeting daily productivity targets

Working Hours
Monday to Friday
08:00 - 16:00
Unpaid 30 min break a day

Pay Rate
12.71 per hour

Contract Details
4-month temporary contract
Opportunity to transition into the main operation (tray wash/recycle) upon completion
Progression and extension of the assignment to a 4 on / 4 off rotational shift pattern (subject to performance and availability) at the end of the 4 months contract

Requirements
No previous experience required - full training provided
Good level of manual dexterity
Ability to use basic tools
Reliable, punctual, and motivated
Physically capable of manual work
