About the Role

As a supply teacher or cover supervisor, you will:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher.
• Have the flexibility to shape your own working week.
• Experience a range of school settings, year groups, and teaching styles.
• Manage classroom behaviour to foster a positive and productive learning environment.
• Support students with their learning and help them stay engaged throughout the day.

Who We're Looking For

• Have experience working with children or young people in a school or similar environment.
• Are motivated to support both students and schools in achieving their goals.
• Thrive in different school settings and bring positivity and adaptability to every day.
• Are confident in managing a classroom and delivering lessons across various subjects and age groups.
• Hold a degree or have equivalent relevant experience in education.
