Our client is looking for an experienced SEND Co-Ordinator
West Suffolk House, Riverside/Virtual
3 months (rolling)
Hybrid, collect equipment in person. Attend team meetings in person if possible
Ideally 1 day a week in office, if possible, if not working virtually.

4 coordinators needed for 2 area teams holding a caseload - completing draft amendments and finals following meetings and completing associated casework.

case hold
oversee phase transfer work
oversee associated work on annual review paperwork
contact with families and settings
requests to panels for placements / funding as per provision in plan
