The Role:

Support teaching and learning within secondary school classrooms

Assist students in Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4

Deliver targeted interventions and small group support

Help raise student attainment and engagement

Gain practical experience of teaching and classroom management

Work closely with experienced teachers and school leaders

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

A degree in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Environmental Science, Biomedical Science, or a related scientific discipline

A genuine interest in pursuing a career in teaching

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Confidence working with young people

A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning

Previous experience working with children or young people is advantageous but not essential
