Cover Teacher - East London - Flexible Supply / Long-Term Opportunities

Remedy Education are currently recruiting for confident and adaptable Cover Teachers to work across a range of schools in East London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced teachers, cover supervisors, instructors, or education professionals who are confident leading classes and maintaining a positive learning environment. We work with schools across East London who require reliable cover staff for day-to-day supply, short-term bookings, and longer-term opportunities.

The Role:

Delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects

Managing classroom behaviour and keeping pupils engaged

Supporting pupils with their learning during teacher absence

Working across different year groups and school settings

Following school policies, safeguarding procedures, and behaviour expectations

Providing feedback to teaching staff where required

Creating a calm, structured and productive classroom environmentThe Ideal Candidate Will:

Have previous teaching, cover supervisor, tutoring, or classroom experience

Be confident managing groups of pupils

Have strong behaviour management skills

Be flexible, reliable and professional

Be able to adapt quickly to different school environments

Hold QTS, PGCE, or relevant classroom experienceThe Role Offers:
