Purchase Ledger Clerk

Reporting into the Finance Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the purchase ledger, ensuring supplier accounts are accurate, up to date, and paid on time.Key Responsibilities:

Processing and posting purchase invoices onto the ledger
Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
Preparing and processing supplier payments
Maintaining accurate purchase ledger records
Handling supplier queries professionally and efficiently
Using Sage Line 50 as the core accounting system

About You

Previous experience in a Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable role
Confident user of Sage Line 50
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Well organised, with the ability to manage deadlines
Comfortable working independently within a small finance team
