Are you an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to gain valuable classroom experience from September 2026?

Connex Education is working in partnership with schools across the Bath & North East Somerset (BANES) area within the Bath and Wells Multi Academy Trust (BWMAT). We are recruiting passionate and adaptable ECTs for a range of flexible day-to-day supply, short-term, and temporary teaching opportunities across primary schools in the trust.

Whether you're looking to build confidence in different school settings, develop your teaching practice, or find the perfect school for your next career step, these roles offer an excellent opportunity to gain experience while maintaining flexibility.

The Role

• Day-to-day supply teaching
• Short-term and temporary assignments
• Opportunities across Bath and BANES primary schools

• Immediate experience within supportive school environments
• Roles commencing from September 2026

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or expected completion by Summer 2026
• ECTs eager to gain classroom experience
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• A positive, adaptable, and professional approach
• Commitment to supporting pupils' learning and wellbeing
