Field Service Engineer – Windows / O365 / Desktop Support
Contract | 12 Months | UK Citizenship Required
We are seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to provide onsite IT support within a large enterprise environment. This is a hands-on role supporting end users across Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, desktop hardware, mobile devices and workplace technology services.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide onsite desktop support and end-user IT support
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office and O365 issues
• Support laptops, desktops, printers and peripheral devices
• Perform hardware break-fix and device replacements
• Support VPN connectivity and remote access issues
• Assist with device imaging, deployment and software upgrades
• Support mobile devices and workplace technology services
• Manage IT assets and inventory
• Deliver excellent customer service and technical support
Required Skills
• Windows 10/11 administration and troubleshooting
• Microsoft 365 / Office 365 support experience
• Desktop, laptop and hardware troubleshooting
• VPN support experience
• Windows imaging and device deployment experience
• Dell hardware support experience
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills
Desirable Skills
• SCCM experience
• Intune or Mobile Device Management exposure
• macOS support knowledge
• Microsoft certifications
