✅ Understanding of stock locations, picking operations, and stock movement & management

✅ Confident managing people and processes in a fast-paced setting

⏰ Hours:

⏰ Monday to Friday – Daytime hours, no crazy shift patterns here!

The Opportunity:

Are you a Warehouse Team Leader or Supervisor itching for the next big step? This one’s for you. We’re on the hunt for a hands-on, process-driven operator to lead the launch of a brand-new distribution centre in Central London – powering the growth of a cutting-edge retail brand set to open 6 stores by summer and 15+ by year-end!

You’ll be at the heart of operations – making sure everything runs like clockwork. From setting up the pick/pack process to tracking stock locations and ensuring orders fly out the door accurately and on time, this is your chance to own it.

Key Responsibilities:

📦 Set up and run the brand-new distribution centre

📦 Build efficient order picking and stock control systems

📦 Keep a tight grip on stock integrity and location codes

📦 Lead, motivate and manage the warehouse team

📦 Work with senior leadership to support rapid expansion

Bonus Points if you’ve got:

✨ Experience in e-commerce or supplying to retail stores

✨ Worked on setting up new DCs or logistics sites

✨ A track record of improving operational efficiency
