Secondary Early Career Maths Teacher

Location: Altrincham, Cheshire

Position: Secondary Early Career Teacher (ECT) – Maths

Start Date: September 2026

Salary: £150–£180 per day

An ambitious secondary school in Altrincham is looking to appoint a dedicated Early Career Teacher of Maths from September 2026. About You:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or due to achieve QTS by September 2026

A strong enthusiasm for Maths and the ability to motivate young learners

Confidence teaching Maths across KS3 and KS4, with support as appropriate

Strong classroom presence and commitment to positive behaviour management

Reflective practitioner who welcomes feedback and professional growth
