At Academics, we work with a wide network of supportive secondary schools across Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire, offering a range of opportunities for Early Career Teachers from September-including flexible day-to-day supply as well as full-time, longer-term placements.

ECT Secondary Teacher - Role Information:

• Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons across KS3-KS4
• Gain experience in a variety of school settings
• Build your classroom confidence and behaviour management skills

• Opportunities for day-to-day, short-term and longer-term placements

ECT Secondary Teacher - Applicant Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) in any subject specialism
• Recent teaching experience from your PGCE placements
• A positive, adaptable approach to new environments
• Confidence managing behaviour and engaging students
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
