Filament Production Operative

Location: Eastbourne

Pay Rate: 15.25 per hour

Hours: 37 hours per week

• Monday - Thursday: 08:00 - 16:45
• Friday: 07:00 - 12:00

About the Role

We are seeking a Filament Production Operative for a highly detailed and focused role within a specialist manufacturing team.

This is an exceptionally precise position where dexterity, patience, and sustained concentration are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Working with fine filament components and intricate materials
• Following detailed processes to ensure consistent product quality
• Maintaining accuracy across repetitive, delicate tasks
• Adhering to internal quality standards and procedures

Skills & Experience

• Excellent hand dexterity and fine motor skills
• Ability to concentrate for long periods of time
• Comfortable working in a seated, focused environment
• Experience following BOMs and SOPs is advantageous (full training provided)
