SEN Support Assistant - Primary School

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a caring and motivated SEN Support Assistant to work within a welcoming primary setting in Bury from September.

This role will involve supporting pupils with additional needs and helping create a positive environment where every child feels valued, supported and able to succeed.

Key responsibilities:

* Supporting pupils on a one-to-one and small group basis

* Encouraging engagement and participation in learning

* Supporting social, emotional and communication development

* Working collaboratively with teaching staff

* Promoting a positive and nurturing classroom environment
