Are you an experienced and compassionate SEND Teacher looking to support young adults as they prepare for adulthood, employment and independent living? We are working with specialist colleges and post-16 provisions seeking Qualified Teachers to inspire and empower learners aged 16+.

These specialist provisions support young people with a range of additional needs, helping them develop academic, vocational, social and life skills that prepare them for their next steps beyond education.

🧩 Learners May Have:

* Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)

* Moderate, Severe or Profound Learning Difficulties

* Physical Disabilities

* Communication and Interaction Needs

* Complex and Multiple Learning Needs

💡 Your Role:

* Deliver engaging and personalised learning programmes

* Support learners in developing independence and employability skills

* Prepare students for further education, supported employment and adulthood

* Work closely with families, therapists and external agencies

* Create meaningful learning experiences linked to real-life outcomes

🎯 Ideal Candidates Will Have:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

* Experience teaching within SEND, Further Education or Post-16 settings

* A person-centred and creative approach to learning

* Strong understanding of EHCPs and personalised learning pathways

* Passion for supporting young adults to achieve their aspirations
