Year 4 Teacher - Primary School
Full-Time Long-Term Role Aspire People

Aspire People are seeking a motivated and committed Year 4 Teacher to join a supportive primary school.

The school is looking for a confident practitioner who can deliver engaging lessons, maintain high expectations, and support pupils as they continue their journey through Key Stage 2.

The successful candidate will be passionate about developing children's confidence, independence, and academic achievement while creating a positive classroom culture.

Key Responsibilities:
Delivering high-quality lessons across the Year 4 curriculum
Planning, preparation, and assessment responsibilities
Monitoring and supporting pupil progress
Creating an engaging and inclusive classroom environment
Supporting pupils of all abilities to achieve their potential
Working closely with colleagues and support staff

The Successful Candidate Will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Have recent UK primary teaching experience
Have strong KS2 curriculum knowledge
Be organised, enthusiastic, and committed to pupil progress
Possess strong behaviour management skills
Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
