Civils Supervisor / Working Foreman (Days)

Location: Oxford, Oxfordshire
Rate: £25 - £30/hr (overtime rate on weekends)

Duration: 10 weeks+

Shifts: 7:00am 9:00pm, 7 days/week

360 Recruitment is currently working with a well-established civil engineering contractor who are looking to bring in an experienced Civils Supervisor / Working Foreman to support a project in Oxfordshire.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who can both lead from the front and get involved on-site when needed.

The Role

You ll be responsible for supervising day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You ll play a key part in coordinating teams, managing subcontractors, and keeping programmes on track.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising site teams and subcontractors
• Ensuring works are completed in line with drawings and specifications
• Maintaining high health & safety standards on-site
• Supporting site management with planning and delivery
• Hands-on involvement where required (working foreman capacity)
• Monitoring progress and reporting updates

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Civils Supervisor or Working Foreman role
• Strong background in general civil engineering works including: Ducting, Groundworks, RC frame / reinforced concrete
• SMSTS
• CSCS Card
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to obtain SC Clearance
