Skills and Experience
• Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Practitioner (Early Years Educator) (Level 3 or above is essential).
• At least 2 years’ experience in a childcare role, such as Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Assistant, Room Leader, Childminder, or Teaching Assistant.
• Strong understanding of EYFS and child development.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
• A passion for early years education and supporting the growth of both children and colleagues.
• Right to work in the UK.

Role Overview
An opportunity is available for an experienced nursery practitioner- l3 qualified to support a busy and professional team.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead engaging play and learning activities in line with the EYFS framework.
• Act as a role model for junior practitioners, offering guidance and support.
• Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and caregivers.
• Monitor children’s progress and document assessments.
• Ensure safeguarding, health, and safety standards are upheld at all times.
• Support daily operations and step in to lead when required.
