PPA Cover Teacher Location: Hall Green, Birmingham B28Daily Pay Rate: £150 - 200Days: Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)Start Date: 1 September 2026Contract: Long-TermLooking for a teaching role that gives you the chance to focus on what you do best - teaching?We're working with a welcoming and well-established primary school seeking a confident and adaptable PPA Cover Teacher to join their team from September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced primary teacher who enjoys variety, values work-life balance, and thrives in different classroom environments. You'll deliver engaging, pre-planned lessons across the school, supporting pupils' learning while providing teachers with valuable PPA time.Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
• Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
• Adapt teaching approaches to suit different age groups and learning needs
• Maintain strong classroom management and pupil engagement
• Work closely with teaching staff to ensure continuity of learning
• Build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues across the school

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Previous experience teaching within a primary school setting
• Confidence teaching across multiple year groups
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• A flexible and proactive approach to teaching
