An experienced HR Business Partner is required to support a large, complex organisation on a 12‑month FTC, working closely with senior stakeholders to drive people strategy, organisational change, and operational HR delivery. The role requires strong experience in TUPE (including acquisitions) and the ability to use people data to identify trends and inform decision‑making.

Description
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, influencing people strategy
Support organisational change and transformation activity
Lead on TUPE transfers, particularly within acquisitions
Use people data and insights to identify trends, inform decisions, and improve outcomes
Drive engagement, performance, and workforce planning initiatives
Profile
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a complex organisation
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Experience with TUPE and acquisitions
Confident working with HR data to spot trends and provide insight-led recommendations
Job Offer
Salary up to £60,000 + benefits
12-month FTC (potential to extend)
Birmingham-based - 2-3 days onsite
