About the Opportunity

We’re partnering with a leading global technology client to find a talented Field Operations Transition Program Manager to support the delivery of cutting-edge data centre projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to work behind the scenes on large-scale infrastructure that powers modern digital services.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead the end-to-end transition of new data centres into live operations

Act as the key point of contact across engineering, construction, and operations teams

Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the full project lifecycle

Ensure smooth integration of new infrastructure into operational environments

Identify risks, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement

Support onboarding and readiness of operations teams

Conduct site acceptance activities and review critical documentation

Partner with third-party vendors to ensure operational readinessWhat We’re Looking For

Electrical and Mechanical (E&M) infrastructure within data centre or critical environments

Design and/or project delivery experience, with a solid understanding of project lifecycles

Proven background as a Construction Project Manager or in a similar construction-focused role

Hands-on experience working in data centre critical environments, with an understanding of uptime, resilience, and operational constraintsNice to Have

Experience with collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, or similar)

Exposure to data analytics/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)

Knowledge of data centre infrastructure or construction/commissioning environments
