• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Role Overview
GWR is embarking on a significant period of technical transformation and needs a passionate problem-solving Junior customer relationship management platform & System admin to join the team.
You will provide support in the implementation of new processes, systems, or features by working with various teams within the organization.
The role involves a wide variety of tasks such as setting up new accounts, creating training documentation and training users, configuration of software, testing newly developed software features and maintaining key system data (e.g., Country lists).

Key Responsibilities
• Reporting into the customer relationship management platform & System admin you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining GWR customer relationship management platform suite of products and associated software that GWR staff use daily to perform their roles.
• Monitor the performance and health of the software.
• Assist IT support team in management of user access to certain systems and manage user access, roles, profiles, and permission sets to ensure proper data security.
• Assist in maintaining simple automation tools such as flows, email templates, and validation rules.
• Support data maintenance tasks including imports/exports, deduplication and data quality monitoring using tools like data-loading tool or data-import tool.
• Provide support to end-users helping them troubleshoot software related issues.
• Provide guidance and basic training on best practices for using the software via documentation and video.
• Assisting in problem-solving by conducting research, gathering information, and proposing solutions to business challenges.
• Provide training to end-users on new features, enhancements, and best practices within customer relationship management platform.
• Maintain key drop-down lists ensuring consistency across our systems (e.g., Country, Industry, Organization type lists).
• Work with the Analyst and Tester to test new software features and process changes.
• Development Team, Scrum Master and Business Analyst/Tester.
