SEN Teaching Assistant - Complex Needs and EHCP Support

Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting for a skilled SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with complex learning needs and Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) within a welcoming primary school in Bury.

The school is seeking a committed individual who can provide personalised support and contribute to a highly inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs.

Delivering tailored interventions under teacher guidance.

Assisting with personal development, communication, and learning goals.

Monitoring progress against EHCP outcomes.

Working alongside external agencies and school staff.The ideal candidate will:

Have experience supporting pupils with complex SEN.

Demonstrate excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Be adaptable and responsive to individual needs.

Have a nurturing and child-centred approach.
