Our client, operating within Hampshire, is recruiting for a Registered Building Inspector - Class 3H. This contract position in the Buildings sector requires expertise in Building Control, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting site inspections to monitor and enforce building regulations compliance

Reviewing and approving building plans and specifications

Advising stakeholders on building control matters and regulatory requirements

Preparing detailed reports and documentation on inspections and findings

Maintaining accurate records of site visits and compliance status

Collaborating with construction teams to resolve compliance issues

Job Requirements:

3H Registered Building Inspector certification

Extensive experience in Building Control

Strong knowledge of building regulations and compliance standards

Excellent communication and advisory skills

Ability to work effectively both onsite and remotely

Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
