Job Description

We are looking to recruit a Maintenance Electrician in the areas of - North/East London 95% in north london

Do you have a full driving licence? Have a positive can-do attitude?

We are currently looking for qualified electricians to carry out a range of services associated with investigate, diagnose and repairing of domestic premises including Electrical Condition Reports.

Previous experience using a PDA or Tablet for day to day jobs is a big advantage, as you will need to fill out job reports for each job & take pictures.

You will be carrying out all types of electrical work, including reactive maintenance.

You will need to be able to :-

- Deliver a high standard of customer service and technical expertise

- Operate in accordance with H & S and Quality procedures

- Accurately record work details via internal and client systems

- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times

You will.

- Have a positive can-do attitude

- Be able to provide copies of all your certificates for your current training

- Have completed and have certificates or City and Guilds certificate in Electrics

- Be able to demonstrate experience with social housing as a maintenance Electrician.

- PDA experience.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift - 8am to 5pm
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime available

Ability to commute/relocate:

• London: or reliably able to commute to & from work (required)

Experience:

• Electrical: 5 years (minimum )

Licence/Certification:

• ECS CARD
• Clean Driving Licence
• City & Guilds 2330/ preferred
• J.I.B/GOLD CARD Preferred
• 18TH EDITION Preferred
• NVQ 3 Preferred
