Academics is working closely with several fantastic secondary schools in and around Newbury who are looking to appoint motivated, enthusiastic Secondary Teaching Assistants to join their teams. What You'll Be Doing as Teaching Assistant

• Working alongside teachers to support students' learning and development
• Assisting with classroom tasks and lesson preparation
• Encouraging students to stay engaged and focused during lessons
• Supporting effective classroom management
• Helping create a safe, productive and inclusive learning environment

Role Highlights

• Supporting students across KS3 & KS4
• 93- 110 per day
• September start
• Located in Newbury with strong transport links to London and the M4
