Job Title: Secondary Teacher

Location: Rhondda Cynon Taf (RCT)

Start Date: Immediate

Salary: £172.98 per day or on scale, depending on school and role.

We are seeking motivated, qualified Secondary Teachers who demonstrate excellent behaviour management, creativity, and a nurturing approach, with the ability to teach English to a high standard. As part of a dynamic and forward-thinking team, you will help deliver an innovative curriculum that inspires a love of learning while maintaining high expectations for all pupils.

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons in English and other subjects as required.
• Maintain exemplary classroom and behaviour management to foster a positive learning environment.
• Plan and assess learning in line with the Curriculum for Wales framework and school policies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
• Support pupils holistic development by encouraging creativity and experiential learning.

The successful candidate will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• PGCE or PCET qualifications will also be considered.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Familiarity with the Curriculum for Wales framework and assessment criteria.
• The ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to diverse learners.
