Job Title: Quality Coordinator.
Skills and Experience
• Knowledge of quality management systems and their implementation (ISO 9001).
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience of conducting internal audits.
• Experience of conducting risk assessments.
• Knowledge of ISO 20252 market research standard.
• Knowledge of GDPR and data protection requirements.
• Experience using MS online tools (collaboration platform, workflow automation platform, business intelligence platform).

Additional Information
• Full-time/Permanent.
• Work with all business units to support quality management and continuous improvement efforts in the UK. Ensure operational excellence and process improvement through the implementation, maintenance, and alignment of the Quality Management System (QMS), according to appropriate ISO requirements, and through involvement in and support of the Continuous Improvement (CI) Programme.
• Raise awareness of quality management, through distribution of information and provision of training.
• Coordinate and support network of Quality Champions.
• Coordinate internal audit programme, supporting a team of internal auditors and undertaking internal audits of teams, projects, and processes.
• Support teams in undertaking risk assessments, identifying and flagging high risks.
• Support teams in the specification, tracking and reporting of KPIs.
• Support teams in documenting processes and managing documentation.
• Support the specification, implementation and tracking of action plans resulting from audits, risk assessment and process or deliverable non-conformities.
• Provide admin support for issue management database.
• Analyse data and build reports on QMS performance.
• Organise annual external assessment.
• Support teams in their preparation for external assessment to ensure successful recertification to ISO standards.
• Coordinate and support work of Continuous Improvement (CI) Agents on CI Projects.
• Support CI Programme management and reporting.
