Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Position: Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Hours: 42.5 Hrs per week(between 7 AM and 17.30 PM)

Location: Ealing, W5

Rate: £24.02/hour on UMB (Temp to perm) (Perm Approx £40,8000)

Requirement:

Experience in social housing environment across Voids and Repairs streams, with strong working knowledge of NHF Schedule of Rates and SOR codes.

Skills in measuring works and supporting the preparation, agreement, and processing of applications for payment.
