About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
Supervise classes during the absence of the regular teacher
Deliver pre-set work to students across Key Stage 3 and 4
Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
Provide feedback to the teaching team on student progress and behaviour

What We're Looking For:
Previous experience working with young people (schools, coaching, youth work, etc.)
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Adaptable, confident, and proactive attitude
A genuine interest in education and supporting young learners
