Working Foreman/Supervisor

Near Didcot

Water Sector

We are recruiting for a Working Supervisor to work on a wastewater site offering work into 2027. The initial works are involving general ground works, deep excavation, concrete plinths, pipe work, and is part of an upgrade to the current Thames Water facility.

To be considered, applicants must put a strong emphasis on site safety and have experience of the safe and timely delivery of civil engineering projects within the water sector. You will be required to oversee a small gang and carry out some aspects of manual work too.

A background in civil engineering and ground works is required.

Duties will include;

• On Site Supervision of work force
• Daily briefings, tool box talks and safety briefings
• With the ability to read and understand drawings you will ensure works are carried out to quality and specification.
• Plant checks, timesheets and permits

To be considered applicants must have SSSTS or SMSTS, CSCS and/or CPCS plant tickets, First Aid and Temporary works would be beneficial. You will also be required to have a Thames Water passport which the contractor can arrange.,
