Laundry driver required for our public sector client

37 hours per week, Monday Friday

Core hours:

Monday, Tuesday & Thursday 7:30am 4:00pm,

Wednesday 7:30am 3:30pm,

Friday 7:30am 1:00pm

Community-focused role supporting vulnerable residents who require assistance with their laundry due to mobility issues, illness, or other care needs.

he Role As a Laundry Driver, you will be responsible for the delivery and collection of laundry from service users across Milton Keynes, helping maintain their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Collecting and delivering laundry to and from service users homes across Milton Keynes
• Providing a courteous and professional service, building positive relationships with residents
• Maintaining accurate records relating to collections, deliveries and vehicle use
• Ensuring the vehicle is kept clean, safe and well-maintained, reporting any issues as required
• Liaising with contractors regarding vehicle maintenance where necessary
• Adhering to all health & safety, safeguarding and council procedures
• Acting as a positive representative at all times

A basic DBS check will be required for this role
