Part-Time Freelance Junior User Experience / Interface Designer

Role Overview
• *20h/week (part-time) / freelance**.
• *Duration: 10 months**.

Additional Information
• *What is the day-to-day role?**.
• Working with Product Manager to understand business requirements, provide wireframes and prototypes.
• Working with remote development team in India on the creation and maintenance of the Limitless Style Guide and Design System.
• QA of UX in test environment.
• Participate in and run workshops with our product team in order to gather requirements and evolve your designs.
• Support the creation of user journeys to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Skilled in user centric design thinking, analytical, and be a creative problem solver.
• Can work independently and feels comfortable doing so.
• Experience in interface-design software (preferred) or other design tools.
• Strong interest in User Experience research and Discovery techniques.
• Visual Design Skills.
• Be looking for a Part-time Freelance position and have experience of a Freelance Contractor role.
• Have a portfolio demonstrating your UI and UX design process and visual design for Web/Native apps.
• Have a passion for User Experience and ability to run user interviews, user testing sessions, gather feedback and iterate the design.
• Have creative curiosity and enjoy the potential to invent new and better ways to do things.
• Be comfortable gathering feedback from end-users.
• Enjoy working independently and can proactively engage the rest of the organisation to achieve their goals.
• The ability to present concepts and finished designs to the Limitless Senior Leadership Team showing the rationale, user testing feedback and design journey.
• Will enjoy rolling their sleeves up and working as a team to deliver quality products.
