Role Overview
We are looking for a talented and motivated Junior Designer with a focus on UX/UI design to join our in-house creative design studio. You will play an important role in shaping digital experiences across our products, platforms, and campaigns. Working alongside designers, developers, and brand specialists, you’ll contribute fresh ideas and craft user-centric design solutions that are intuitive, visually engaging, and aligned with our brands.
This is an exciting opportunity for a designer early in their career who is passionate about creating seamless digital experiences and eager to learn and grow within a supportive, collaborative team.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Support the design and development of user interfaces for websites, apps, and digital platforms.
• Create prototypes, mock-ups, and design systems in collaboration with senior designers.
• Work closely with developers to ensure design intent is delivered accurately in the final product.
• Maintain consistency across all digital touchpoints, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Assist in conducting usability testing and gathering feedback to designs.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, emerging tools, and best practices in UX/UI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and content.
• Design and user-friendly digital assets such as website components, landing pages, email templates, and interactive prototypes.
• Create and adapt UI elements, icons, and layouts that enhance usability and align with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the design team to contribute creative ideas for improving user journeys, accessibility, and overall digital experiences.
• Work closely with the marketing team to bring concepts to life across channels.
• Assist in the planning and execution of multimedia marketing campaigns.
• Support the studio team on day-to-day design needs while contributing fresh ideas and perspectives.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Digital Design, UX/UI, Interaction Design, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years work experience.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI projects, including wireframes, prototypes, and final visual designs.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as design software, design software, design software, design software. video editing software is preferred but not necessary.
• Understanding of UX principles, user flows, and accessibility standards.
• Strong attention to detail with an eye for typography, layout, and interaction design.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a willingness to learn and adapt.
