Vision for Education are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Primary Supply Teachers to work across a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools throughout Thurrock.

Whether you are looking for flexible day-to-day supply, short-term placements, or long-term opportunities, we can offer roles that fit around your availability and preferences. Opportunities are available across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.

The successful Primary Supply Teacher will:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with school planning and expectations
• Adapt confidently to different year groups and classroom settings
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively
• Ensure pupils remain engaged and make progress throughout the school day
• Follow safeguarding procedures and school policies at all times

• A variety of welcoming and supportive primary schools across Thurrock
• Opportunities available across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
• Supportive leadership teams and collaborative staff

To be considered for the role of Primary Supply Teacher, you will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Have recent experience teaching within a primary school setting
• Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Be adaptable, reliable, and confident working across different schools
• Have a passion for delivering high-quality teaching and learning
