Key Responsibilities
We are looking for healthcare assistants to assist in the direct care of all aspects of a client’s assessed needs
• Complete any training that is given.
• Carefully read the care plan and be aware of an individual’s needs. Care plans and visit details are reviewed on the app, so you can be safe in the knowledge that you are providing the best possible support.
• Correctly and honestly write and complete reports.
• Work one shift every other weekend.
• Provide emotional and social support.
• Uphold dignity, respect, independence, and confidentiality.
• Assist in personal care such as washing, dressing, personal hygiene, medication etc….
• Assist in nutrition/hydration needs, such as preparing meals and drinks; assisting those unable to feed themselves; ensuring each client received the meals/ diets they have requested/ are suitable for their needs.
• Assist with mobility difficulties, including the appropriate use of equipment such as hoist and standing aids.
• Ensure the organisation runs smoothly by clearly communicating and liaising with the appropriate office staff regarding your attendance, travelling, and responsibilities.

Pay:
• Salary from £15.50 to £16.50 per hour inclusive of Discretionary Bonus.
• Paid holidays.
• You will be paid a separate rate on bank holidays.
