JOB REF: 11275

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Contract – until Sept 2027

Full Time in the office

LOCATION: Loughborough/Shepshed

SALARY: £26,000

HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.00am – 4.00pm 30 minutes lunch

JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is for an experienced Administrator.

The Opportunity:

Our client is a leader in its industry and is seeking a candidate with knowledge and experience of administration. This is working in a Quality department of around 12 people which is friendly, casual and supportive.

The Company:

This role would give you the opportunity to work within a successful, well-established company who pride themselves on their commitment to give excellent customer service and experience.

Role profile:

* Assist with ISO9001 audits

* Liaise with customers and suppliers

* Create purchase requisitions

* Compile dossiers for customers

* Maintain drawing amendment logs

* Filing

* Scanning

* Create route cards

* Print and distribute drawing updates

* Ad hoc admin tasks

Person profile:

* Experience of administration

* Good working knowledge of Excel and Word

* Good team worker

* Great communication skills

* Highly organised

* Work on own initiative

* Adapt positively to change

* Ability to work under pressure.

* Have excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

* Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
