• Provide crucial 1:1 assistance to specific pupils with special educational needs (SEND).

• A solid academic foundation with GCSE Grade C/4 or above in English and Mathematics.

• A patient, proactive, and positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.

• A valid Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service (or readiness to apply for one).
