The ideal candidate:

QTS or previous experience in teaching business studies is preferred but not mandatory

A genuine passion for business and entrepreneurship, with the ability to inspire and motivate students

Excellent communication skills and the ability to create an inclusive learning environment

Strong knowledge of current business trends and the ability to relate theoretical concepts to real-world scenarios

Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with industry advancements
