Digital Marketing Manager 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract

About the Role We’re looking for an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead the planning and delivery of engaging digital campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies aligned to business and brand objectives

Oversee content creation across digital platforms, including website, social media, email, and campaigns

Manage and inspire a team responsible for social media and website performance

Ensure consistency of brand messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity across all digital touchpoints

Plan and deliver integrated campaigns across SEO, SEM, paid media, email, and display advertising

Monitor performance and optimise campaigns to maximise reach, engagement, and ROI

Maintain strong collaboration with wider marketing stakeholders to deliver cohesive campaigns

Stay ahead of industry trends, bringing fresh ideas and innovation to the team

Support high standards of customer engagement through digital channelsAbout You

Proven experience in a digital marketing or marketing manager role

Strong understanding of digital channels, tools, and best practices

Experience managing campaigns across multiple platforms (organic and paid)

Confident in leading, coaching, and developing a team

Excellent communication and content oversight skills

A creative thinker with strong attention to detail
