Agent – Heathrow Airport Project (Immediate Start)

Location: Heathrow Airport, London

Start Date: Immediate

Contract Type: Umbrella PAYE 

We are currently seeking an experienced Agent to join a major project at Heathrow Airport with an immediate start available.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience working as an Agent on major infrastructure or construction projects.

Strong understanding of project delivery, health & safety, and site management.

Ability to manage subcontractors, programmes, and project documentation.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Airport project experience is highly desirable, although candidates with significant major project experience will also be considered.

Relevant qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities:

Overseeing day-to-day site operations.

Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely and efficiently.

Monitoring progress against programme and budgets.

Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

Liaising with the client and wider project team.
