• Long, secure contract through to 31 March 2027 on an out-of-scope IR35 engagement, giving you stability and reliable income over multiple years.
• Attractive day rates (£ ) while working across critical, organisation-wide change rather than a single, narrow project.
• Hands-on experience with a full Oracle Fusion Cloud payroll stack (Fast Formula, HCM Extract, HDL/HSDL, OTBI/BI, SQL/PLSQL, OIC) in a modern DevOps, enterprise-scale environment that will significantly enhance your market value.

• Design, develop, and optimise Oracle Fusion Cloud payroll solutions, including Fast Formula, HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL, and integrations via OIC, to support large-scale, mission-critical change programmes.
• Build and maintain robust reporting and analytics using OTBI/BI and SQL/PLSQL, enabling informed decision-making and improved payroll operations across corporate/shared services.
• Collaborate within a modern software engineering and DevOps framework, ensuring solutions meet stringent information security protocols, align with user needs, and contribute directly to the organisation's wider transformation agenda.

• Active SC is an advantage and experience working within secure, demanding environments, giving you the opportunity to apply your skills on nationally significant programmes.
• Strong background in Oracle Fusion Cloud payroll and integrations (Fast Formula, Elements, HCM Extract, HDL, HSDL/AD, SQL/PLSQL, OTBI/BI, OIC), ideally gained in corporate services, shared services, or public sector settings, allowing you to immediately add value.
• Proven ability to analyse and solve complex problems, design and integrate software systems to modern engineering standards, and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment-enabling you to lead on high-impact initiatives and shape best practice.
